I am looking for stretch mark prevention products and healing products - but there are so many to choose from it’s hard to know what’s worth investing in.

from what i’ve heard and been told by OBs and moms, there’s really not a whole lot that can be done tbh. Bio-Oil is a good one, i’m currently using Burt’s Bees Momma Belly Butter (i think that’s what it’s called) but stretch marks usually cannot be prevented or anything, mostly genetics - buttt you can keep your skin more moisturized which improves elasticity so when your skin is being pulled from stretching it hopefully will not do as much damage as usual

The marketing try to make women spend more money on products to prevent it, but it’s genetic and stretch marks are totally fine. Most people have them, even celebrities, they just edit them out of photos.
My goal is just to keep my skin moisturized to prevent that itchy feeling as my skin stretches. I’m using shea butter and coconut oil 😊

My OBGYN told me Vitamin E capsules just poke a hole in them and rub on belly because the market scam for vitamin e oils is crazy expensive other than that not preventable.

Nothing really works. I just use hyaluronic acid (the only active ingredient I found a scientific paper on linking it to fewer stretch marks) but even if it won’t prove useful for me, at least it keeps my skin hydrated and that in itself is a win.

I’ve also heard no oil or cream really truly works at preventing them, but it doesn’t hurt drinking bone broth for more collagen and more foods with vitamin A.

Bio oil. Coconut butter. Be consistent with using it. Start early before you see any marks. I’m
