Did anyone have any teeth of their own shift after pregnancy? I had HORRIBLE gum issues while pregnant and now I have developed a gap between my teeth! If this has happened to anyone what did they do to fix it? Thanks ladies :)

I used to have a gap between my 2 front teeth. It was cute and a little wider than a slit. It's common in my family - dad has a gap and sister too.
After having my third child, the gap became extra wide, almost embarrassing, and my kids would always ask when my tooth fairy would come because they thought I lost a tooth.
I ended up getting invisalign after 3 dentist opinions.
If yours is just a slit, you're best speaking to your dentist. They will be able to advise what's best for you based on how it presents and the location of the gap too which will greatly determine your treatment.
I was offered build ups by one dentist which is where they add 'teeth material' to the 2 separate teeth to close the gap but this means that my 2 front teeth may appear disproportionate to the others (I.e bunny teeth).
My understanding from that consultation was that if the gap was smaller and on the sides, then that would have been an option for me.
You're best seeking your dentist opinion in this case. I hope this helps.

You are the sweetest! Thankyou so much! Was your Invisalign super pricey?

You're most welcome!
It wasn't too bad. It came to about $8k (initial deposit was paid first as per the terms of the agreement, and the rest was spread over 12 months or, however, long you're offered).
I did shop around for the best experience and value, but there's certainly some dentists who offer the same service for as low as 6k or even 5k. It just depends on the one you feel the most comfortable with.
From my research, most people recommend orthodontists over general dentists since they are specifically trained, so I registered with an orthodontist, and they are generally more expensive than dentists. Something to keep in mind.
