I’m 3 months pregnant I have two toddlers and I’m not excited about this pregnancy and nobody else is either…I went to the ultrasound heard the heart beat and I just feel disconnected. I just moved to a new state months ago I have no friends here my family is abusive my S/O family doesn’t like me and have kicked me and my kids out in the winter/stolen from me before and my S/O and I barely get along either I feel like he’s just here for the kids and even my kids seem to prefer him over me bc I am the ‘rule enforcer’ and limit their screen time etc I just feel alone and depressed…

Sending you love girl 😔💕

If you thought your partner was only with you for the kids, why would you proceed to have more!? No hate at all.. this is what contraception is for as clearly baby wasn’t planned. Feeel for you, have you maybe thought about termination.

If you need someone to talk to, I’m here. Feel free to message me.
because I didn’t feel like this before I’m already 7 months in and I just feel like there’s been a change recently

Have you tried speaking to your partner about it all? Best to get your thoughts and feelings out and have a discussion, get his side of things and then go from there as this could just be your hormones making you feel that he's only with you for them.
It'd definitely be worth speaking on it just in case post partum becomes difficult. Even if you never got PPD or PPA with the previous children, it's still a possibility this time around, and it's best to get through this current thought process first than to feel worse later on. Do you two spend time together when you can? If not maybe speak about that too, see how it goes?
well he’s working and taking extra shifts now so we can have enough money and when he is off sometimes he will drop off our eldest daughter to school or watch them for my drs appts/so I can shop for apt necessities. When we are together at home he usually just listens to music in the room with the door closed lately and drinks a beer… every time we do talk I feel like he never listens to me or I’m annoying and I usually just listen to him talk about

I was like you too with my third pregnancy. My husband wasn’t being supportive, I didn’t think I was going to have a girl, and I just moved to a new state. I didn’t think I would love my daughter as much but when she came, she was my favorite person in the whole world lol.
This too shall pass…

I see. He could be using that to wind down and have some him time, but then the issue stems that he isn't spending any time with you at all. Il
Is it his body language that indicates he isn't listening or just how you feel? I'm not accusing, btw. I suffer from anxiety and depression so I feel this situation in my soul as I've gone through similar. MH affects how you see things, and oftentimes, our emotions make us believe things are said or have happened in a way that hasn't, purely based on our bias, if that makes sense?
it’s like every time I talk about something he is on his phone or doesn’t respond and if I ask his opinion on something he just says whatever you want to do or it doesn’t matter… Sometimes he interrupts and just starts talking about his own subject so it’s like he asks how my day is then I tell him and he just starts talking about something that has to do with him

So it's like he's doing it to be polite but isn't actually interested then
I imagine this happens when you've tried talking to him about his behaviour in general, too
Because of this I feel its natural to end up feeling distanced and/or become distant and uninterested too because no matter what people say, eventually we all end up meeting the energy given to us
If you've tried other avenues then there isn't much else you can do, you can't force people to interact or care about things they've shown they don't really wanna be involved in and it sucks that it's come to this. I think it might be worth you sitting down and thinking about things like possibly separating, you don't want you kids thinking it's normal for couples to be like this as they may one day stick with someone like that and sacrifice their own happiness
Maybe just list a bunch of pros and cons and see where you want to go from there? If a possibility of separation is a thing then I'd bring it up to him and see if he changes his behaviour?

Something like: "listen, we can't keep doing this. It's not fair and I'm unhappy and feel like you are too. If things don't change on your end and you continue to not try and put effort into us then it's best for us to just stop and move on with our lives on separate paths". If he cares and wants this relationship then he will actually make attempts to be better, he may have lapses but he will still be willing to try and be better. If not then it shows where you stand since conversations aren't working for you
