We have decided we absolutely have to break baby’s feed to sleep habit. Can anyone share bedtime routines that have worked to help baby fall asleep without the bottle? Or tips?

I want to know too

I used to feed at the end of bedtime routine and I switched the order. So now 30-40 min before bedtime we start our routine. I nurse with all the lights on so he stays awake and gets a good feed. Then I dim the lights, we do diaper change get into pjs and sleep sack, then he sits on my lap and we read a book, then I turn out the lights and turn on the sound machine and I snuggle him and sing 1 song in my lap and then 1 song swaying or walking with him then I set him down sitting up in his crib and he falls asleep on his own in 5-15 min. I have his smiley Mia penguin teether in there with him if he wants. Sometimes he cries for a few mins, sometimes he just puts himself to sleep. I did do a few nights of sleep training to get to this point.

Bath ( every day alternating between just water or soap. Plenty of toy about 15 minutes), diaper and pjs, feed 8oz bottle 1/2 bm 1/2 formula, burp, one last diaper change w/ overnight diaper, 2 books, sleep sack, turn off light, turn on sound machine. 1 song while walking and patting, place in crib, kisses and he will usually fall asleep in 5-10 minutes. The whole process takes about 40 minutes and he sleeps about 11-11.5 hours.

We do bottle, diaper change, jammies, vitamin D and fluoride drops, brush teeth, and then we lay him down for bed and he sleeps all night

I don't have a big routine but I always change him even if he starts dozing at the breast so he's a little awake when I put him down.
