So my LB is a just over a week old and has started to crave milk constantly and wants contact 24/7 which I don’t mind however the feeding milk bit is what’s keeping us up at night, and when there’s nothing of the 2, he is crying constantly. I tried pumping using both Elvie and the Haakaa but only a very small amount of milk came out from each device. I breastfeed fine - I can hear him gulp, I see his jawline moving, his nappies are wet and dirty and yellow, so I have all the signs of him feeding well however I just can’t pump. Is this common or am I not giving him enough milk? My milk came in on day 5 and I’m worried that it’s not enough. Advice would be much appreciated. From a severely tired mom 🥺

It sounds like cluster feeding. Perfectly normal, he’s trying to up your supply.
