I have a six month old who is rolling and creeping around on the floor. Nappy changes are now a massive challenge as keeps wanting to flip over. I end up fully pinning him down to complete the change. Any tips to get through changes in a more dignified manner

I played peek-a-boo with a muslin, putting it on his face & he'd pull it off. Kept him entertained long enough to get the nappy done.
We ended up transitioning to nappy pants at about 8 months because he loved standing up & would stay still to let me put his legs through the holes.
Now he's a year that doesn't work any more either & he runs away every time! I'm hoping that continuing to talk him though what I'm doing & why will help him understand & eventually (probably right around the time we start potty training) he'll start to be a little more cooperative.
