I am miserable!! For weeks now I have had restless leg syndrome and haven't been able to sleep at normal times. Anyone going through this?

Oh, I’m sorry.. I’ve had bad leg cramps, but learned to prevent them by contracting my feet in advance of the cramps. Also, putting my feet higher than my body helps. I sometimes use an extra pillow under my legs. Not sure what are the preventative measures for the restless leg syndrome, but there’s probably something that can help.

It’s horrible. I’ve had RLS since I was a teenager, was on medication for it which worked wonders but had to stop when became pregnant.
So bad now I’m pregnant, haven’t found anything to eliminate it but I take magnesium supliments at tea time, then use magnesium body lotion on my legs and feet before bed and that really helps x

oh I will have to give that a try. I haven't had a proper sleep for about a month now and it is really affecting my mental health x
