Yoga or Exercise Classes?

I was wondering if any of you have been to any pregnancy yoga or exercise classes… I can feel myself just getting unfitter by the day and I need to motivation to do something, and I’d rather start now at 18 weeks then later on!! Any suggestions??x

Yes, you can continue anything you did before, with modifications. So if you have been running for years for example, you can continue to run. If you are starting something new, stay away from anything high impact like weights or body pump. Yoga, pilaties and swimming are really good during pregnancy and you can continue to do them right up to and post birth.

Going for a gentle walk is also really good. Just keep walking at a pace that you can maintain a conversation at.

As crazy as it sounds, when you feel like 💩, doing some exercise will make you feel better, even if it is a 5 min walk around the block. Xx

I have kept walking about 3 miles a day throughout pregnancy (currently 33 weeks). I'm going to start a yoga class when I finish work too.

This is my second pregnancy and I have kept more active this time and definitely feel better, and stronger. I'm hoping it will make labour a bit easier too 🤞 xx

Mama needs new friends ✨

Hey mamas 🤍 I'm going to be honest — I'm at a season in my life where I'm craving real, genuine friendship. The kind where we actually check on each other. Where conversations go both ways. Where we can laugh, vent, cry, and just *be* without it feeling one-sided.

I'm a stay at home mom of 6 (yes, 6! 👏🏼) and my days are full but my cup feels a little empty in the friendship department. I'm looking for women who get it — the chaos, the beauty, the exhaustion, all of it.

If you're a mom who values deep, reciprocal friendship and you're also out here looking for your people — drop a 👋 below. Let's actually get to know each other. 🤍

Really embarrassing!
I'm a first time mummy at 35, she's 16 month and everytime I sneeze or cough I lose control of my bladder and pee a little 😔, I've had countless utis since having her aswell! Will it get better? Or do I need to invest in panty liners? 😆

Leaving your baby

Has anyone else not left their baby to be looked after by someone else (not dad) yet? I still don't feel ready but am being told I should be by now

Random but when you use a vibrator do you need to hold your lips open for it to touch the bean ?

It gets annoying because even if I open my legs I still need to hold the lips open to touch the bean and I have to do it the entire time my lips are literally sealed closed 🤣
