Hi all! Question - how much are you feeding your one month old? During the day and throughout the night.
I’m exclusively pumping, plenty of supply luckily, so she’s only getting breast milk.
I can’t get her to sleep more than 4 hours throughout the night. Which isn’t terrible, I thought, but I’m seeing other posts of one month babies sleeping 7-8 hours?! Lol

My baby is 1 month and a long stretch is 4 hours at night- I think it’s normal for breastfed babies to eat more often.

Mine eats about 4oz

Mine eats about 3.5 oz per feeding. And goes longest at night about 4 hours which is way better than the sometimes 2 😂

My son is 5 weeks and I also exclusively pump. He get 3 oz and sleeps 4-5 1/2 hours at night

The most we got was 5 hours once. Usually 3-4hours but she began losing weight so our pediatrician said to wake up every 2-3 hours to feed until at least 2 months old.

4h is GREAT! And btw, your goal shouldn’t be to have her sleep much longer than that as they need milk for brain development and I believe no pediatrician would recommend to aim for longer breaks at this age.

My daughter is 3 weeks old exact today and she drinks about 3.5 Oz.

3.5 weeks. Drink 2.5-3oz every 3-4 hours.
Some babies can sleep longer at this age but it's not the norm.

my boy is almost 5 weeks and i also am exclusively pumping. night times usually he wakes at 11-12ish, 3am, and 6am drinking 3oz every time :)
