Hi ladies, it took me a lot of courage to admit and write this but i finally decided to get some support.
I’m 12 weeks in with mono/di identical twin boys and i am feeling all sorts of overwhelmed. I will be a first time mom, my husband and I live in a small 1 BR apartment and i don’t really know anything about raising boys.
I am nervous, feeling lonely and find myself not enjoying things I used to enjoy, and I also have trouble eating well these days.
My mom lives abroad and I would love to have her fly here but the costs are so expensive and we don’t have a spare room either.
What has helped you with pregnancy depression?
I am scared my sadness and crying will affect my boys at this early stage.

Hi, i have 8 months old identical twin boys, mono/di too and i felt exactly the same as you, i didnt know anything about raising boys as we had none in the family and i was constantly stressed about money and having twins, if you need anyone to talk to im free for a chat 💙

Hey! Really sorry to hear you’re feeling down. I’m also having twinny boys as my first babies in a very teeny house. It’s overwhelming for sure, but I try remind myself people used to have 5 kids in a one bed! Also, I’ve only heard lovely things from people with boys so I wouldn’t be worried about that bit ☺️ xxx

Trying to get outdoors is a good way to get out of your head. If you are struggling to eat well, cereal is pretty healthy and easy!? Chuck some berries in it and that makes me feel like I’ve done a decent job 💕 Xx

I felt the same. There should be loads of baby and mother groups free in your area. I found getting out and about helped

Hope you're doing better 💝
