How do people make sure they don’t end up falling asleep in unsafe positions? My LO (almost 7 weeks) seems to be struggling to be put down to sleep (including in a safe co-sleeping position) but I’m so tired I can feel myself nodding off while holding him while he sleeps, what do other people do to avoid falling asleep in an unsafe way?

On a post a few weeks back someone shared a screenshot they had taken about how to safely chest sleep. I was just thinking about making a post to ask if anyone knew the account it came from because I'd like to follow it.
But basically, you can safely chest sleep which could be better for you?

There are a few accounts on Instagram that go through safe co sleeping so it might be worth checking them out?
They're happycosleeper and cosleepy .
I side lie feeding at night and that really helps as we both just nod off after she's done
Thanks, the problem is that I can usually stay awake for feeding, then have him on my chest to wind/avoid reflux and that’s when I tend to feel myself nodding off. Normally I can then try and put him down in the next to me, but if he won’t settle there he also won’t settle in the C-curl lying down
Maybe I’ll try feeding lying down on my side and then hopefully he’ll fall asleep like that and he’ll settle and we can sleep in a safer position

During the night when my baby wakes for feeds my partner wakes up with me and we have started a series on Netflix that we watch during the night feeds to make sure I stay awake xx
