Anyone else just constantly exhausted? It’s a new level of exhaustion chasing the baby around all day and feeding them 3 times and entertaining them and taking them out and I am just TIRED. ALL THE TIME. I know people say they don’t want to send their babies to nursery but I feel so ready for a break 😭😭😭 and I feel guilty thinking it but those 3 days will feel so nice.

Everyone copes differently. It's totally normal to need that break! I'm exhausted too but find if my partner takes baby when he's getting ready for work so I can have a cup of coffee in peace thats all I need to get me through the rest of the day. No need to feel guilty, if nursery is your way of having time to breathe thats fine too. Its an exhausting job xx

We just got a room divider and it has massively helped, he was constantly trying to get in the kitchen so I'd spend all day dragging him away from the oven\bin\cupboards, I'd put him down back on his playmat, then he'd whinge and then go straight back to the kitchen and it was SO tiring 😆 I didn't even realise how much it was getting me down til we got the divider and now he has plenty of space to roam in (of course still whinges a bit but it's much easier to distract him and I can get something done in the kitchen and know he is safe. I really felt like I was getting mum burnout so I'm really happy we got it now. Is there anything you can do that would make your life a bit easier? Also looking forward to nursery!! We are doing 3 days as well and I think it's a good balance, a bit of freedom and he gets to interact with other kids and be in a fresh setting a few days a week!! Win win for both of us ☺️

We do three days at nursery as well and it’s perfect for us. Don’t feel bad!
