I have been diagnosed with PNES (psychogenic non epileptic seizures) going on 3 years ago. They will get better for a while and then worse depending on the triggers I am dealing with at the time. It takes a toll on me and my family.
I am getting the outside help I need but I was just wondering how everybody else deals with life on life's terms and manages their symptoms 🌹

Hey girl hey. I use to have seizures for a couple years but I grew out of them. Mine were from head trauma when I was little. What helped me was lavender on my wrist. It sounds silly but whenever you are stress smell your wrist and do your deep breathing

What also helps is a lot of self care. Stress can trigger seizures. Sometimes when your stress close your eyes and have some lavender plant with you. Trust me I was embarrassed sometimes when I was in public because people would see me stretching and deep breathing.

If you need a pod open girl I got

You

Thank you so much sweetheart. I love lavender 🌹
