I’m not a dr so I would always advise first speaking to midwife/dr.
I did however have this with my first baby, so I can tell you what I was told. It could be labour, so if pains start getting really intense and close together, definitely get medical attention.
If it’s just now and then, changes when you move position or rest, then it’s not much to worry about.
But do speak to the midwife for reassurance

I'm 29w 5d and I've had these few times in the last few weeks. Feels like intense period pains and they always struck me at night. Told the midwife and she just said to keep an eye on them. Could be early Braxton Hicks contractions but who knows. X

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

20week scan!!

i had my 20week scan yesterday, everything looked okay on baby and we found out the gender!! it’s a girl 🩷🩷. but they said that my placenta is too close to my pelvis and they need to do extra scans to check on it? has anyone else been told this?

Reduced Movements

Has anyone else gone in for monitoring for reduced movements and as soon as you arrive at triage the baby starts moving and the CTG is normal? It makes me feel like I am over reacting.

2nd pregnancy after c section

I’m not planning on getting pregnant anytime soon but in the future possibly. I just wanted to know how is pregnancy after c section like my fear is having to go through another emergency operation or even putting strain on my incision during pregnancy

Newborn stage

Is anyone tired of doing the same thing everyday and being on a 2-3 hour schedule? It’s the same everyday and I feel like I’m losing my mind. It’s making me depressed even if I get out once a day. When does it get better? I feel like I’m just waiting for the next stage where it’s not just sitting around all day.
