has anyone given their babies tylenol before bed? does it help them sleep over their teeth hurting? i try not to give tylenol ever unless it’s really needed but my little one was up from 2-6am last night just screaming at the top of her lungs and i wonder if tylenol would help? especially if i gave it to her when she wakes up in the night. she usually has a 4-5 hour stretch after she initially goes to bed and then is up a million times

I do or Advil for babies and it helps

I’m in the same boat with my daughter. I give her a dose of Tylenol before bed and again once around 1-2am when she wakes up screaming and it helps her get back to sleep. Without the Tylenol she also screams all night . Every time she gets another tooth I do this for a few nights

I’m all bout giving him Tylenol if he steaming from teething. Even his doc said it was fine as long as we don’t go over the max dosage a day. I find if I give one dose every 12 hours when he’s in his really bad phase of teething he seems to be okay. It’s only for 2-3 days then I don’t give it again unless he really needs

If you feel your baby needs it then give it to them. It can't hurt. Especially if it's a one off or occasionally.
It's better than them trying to suffer through.

i couldn’t have said it better myself! Maybe their muscles hurt as well? Learning to crawl and sit they probably feel some muscles tightness like we go which can be very uncomfortable
thank you everyone!!!f

I gave it once when he wasn’t sleeping and he gave me a 5 hour stretch immediately after which hadn’t happened in days
