37 is technically full term and most babies don’t need NICU stay from 35 weeks onward

Nope they're full term I'm being induced at 37 because thats when the baby doesn't have to be in NICu his lungs will be fully developed

37 is full term. Usually baby born after 37 weeks doesn't require nicu

Generally no but depends on the overall condition of the baby at the time of birth

My 5th was full term but he ended up in the nicu at 2 months old due to failure to thrive which we later found out was due to him having CP. I’ve seen videos of people who have babies at 36-37 weeks and they spend little to no time in the nicu it’s all going to depend on the circumstances.
