My LO normally wakes up around 7 to half 7. But sometimes she wakes at 6. I never know what to do when she wakes up at 6. Feed her in bed and settle back down or take her down stair and feed then she can have some wake time then go for her nap. Obviously I much prefer if she goes back to bed straight away as I then can go back to sleep but feel guilty if I should be getting her up and giving her some stimulation before she goes back to sleep.

I’d class it as a night feed but guess it depends on your baby and your routine. My boy wakes once a night between 2 and 4 and then between 6 and 7. I do his 6/7am feed in bed and put him back down and then he sleeps until 9/10am. It gives me chance to get some stuff done first thing or catch up on sleep if I’m tired too. Don’t feel guilty, babies need their sleep and so do you. There’s plenty of time during the day for fun stuff in the awake windows x

I don’t class it as a night feed but my little girl usually wakes up around 2/3 in the morning for a bottle and then around 6.30/7am for a bottle and usually I lie her on my chest to go back to sleep or put her back in the next to me crib and then around half8 she wakes up and we go downstairs and have a play and then around 9.30am she’s ready for her next feed and a nap x

Anything after 6 for me we start our day x

Yes x

I do anything after six I get up and get baby up although we go out alot so I don't mind getting up and ready early x

Depends what works for you, with my first it would have definitely been a night feed but now he's 3 and awake around 7 ill get up anytime after 5 with baby as I feel worse if I only get an hour's sleep x

If we’ve had a good night and she’s wide awake around that time, I get up with her! But if she’s woken lots in the night and goes back to sleep after the feed I put her back to bed! X

I don’t. My baby is up between 6-6.30 for the day

It depends on the day for me 🤣 if baby and I are still tired and need more sleep then a night feed, if she seems more alert then we get up for the day! Today she started to nod during her 5:30am feed and after burping was back asleep by 6:30am so I put her down and she’s still asleep now at 9:00am, however sometimes she is awake and giggly so we treat it as getting up time! We just go with the flow of what she wants to be honest ☺️

It depends on how she wakes up. My LG will be smiling and chatty when she’s ready to start her day so judge it on that! Today, it was around 7.45. I might just be lucky that she gives me cues to follow! X

My 11 week baby goes to bed at 9-9:30, he wakes up for his feed between 6 and half 6 and I just get up, I sort him out and we just chill before the chaos of the other two waking up and sorting them for school ect, it means we have a more chilled morning instead of flying around trying to sort everything but I think it totally depends on your own circumstances, if I didn’t have the other 2 kids I would defo go back to sleep for abit 😂x

It’s a night feed to me usually 😂 he goes straight back to sleep till 9 ish so I do the same as I’m not the type to be out the house till late morning unless I have to be hahaha

I would start the day but he goes to bed around 7pm and sleeps through so when he wakes its usually between 6-8. If shes easy to get back asleep & has been up through night then wouldn’t feel guilty at all xx

I wouldn’t class it as a night feed, but if she is willing to go back to sleep I put her back in her cot and gives me some time with my toddler

I'd class it as a morning feed, but pur day starts at that time anyway x

I don't class it as a night feed as my 2 year old is up for the day at 5.30am

Yes, because my day doesn’t start till 6:30 when I have to wake my 5 school attending children.
