MAM to Dr Browns bottles

Has anyone swapped from MAM bottles to Dr Browns ? Was it easy transition for your little one?
My LG has been suffering from colic and I heard that Dr browns are slightly better. But tried once and I don’t think she liked different teat! Not sure how to do a swap!

I did. I’ve used tommee tippee, mam, and now dr browns.
He’d stopped having so much milk, dropped his feeds to half of what he was having so I thought it was bottle aversion.
Tried dr browns and he drank the whole of every bottle which he hadn’t done for months. He still gets on really well with them now. I literally just a swapped over and he was fine.

I’m wondering the same I’ve been using mam bottles but he seems to suck a lot of air resulting in lots of wind. I’ve got dr brown but not sure he’s keen on the bigger teat, however isn’t gulping like he does on mam. I breast feed tho and he has two expressed bottles of milk am and pm

The only issue I found with dr browns is the flow was much slower than MAM. But yes, they’re supposedly much better for colic

I have been using Doctor Browns bottles as well with anti colic my favorite. So far, they work very well for my 4 week old

I have tried it today and noticed that my LO has to make bigger effort to drink
She is struggling with wind tonight and I’m not sure if it’s because of the new bottles 😩

My LO every feed. Drs don’t seem to think it’s a problem the whole Muslim cloth gets soaked so much I’m using towels now. I’ve tried size O teats he gets really frustrated and still spills it out :(

8 week immunisations

My 8 week old has his first set of injections tomorrow and I’m abit nervous. Does anyone have any advice for after the jabs? I know they get a temp after so have got some calpol to give just before hand. Should I put him to bed in less clothing to make sure he doesn’t get too hot? Any tips from your experience with first set of immunisations? Am I worrying more than I need to? 😅

11 month old constantly standing in cot

Please tell me someone has some advice for this cause wow it’s trying. My almost 11 month old is fully on the move now and his new favourite thing is repeatedly pulling to stand in his cot. The problem is that he wears a sleep sack (mainly so his legs don’t get stuck between the bars tbh lol) so he’s not stable enough to lower himself down. So earlier he fell backwards and hit is head and now we feel like we can’t just leave him to it. Typically it’s his first full day at nursery tomorrow and my first day back at work IT’S LIKE HE KNOWS!!
Please tell me someone has some tips. Currently we are quietly placing him back on his back every time but he just keeps doing it! 🤣🤡

My seven year old

Is out of control. Her dad and I share 50/50 and when she comes to my house she is so mean. And idk what to do

Took 9 week old to a family party where there was loud music and she was next to the speaker for most of the time (about 3 hours). She slept through most of it. Do you think she has hearing loss from this?

Struggling in the 4 month regression

How are people getting out of the 4 month regression? I’ve been looking it up and it says I need to be trying to put him down drowsy but awake but this does not work for my LO. Every time we do this he ends up being wide awake and after almost an hour of trying we have to contact nap/rock to sleep. I want to avoid rocking to sleep because now when he wakes up in the night he needs to be rocked back to sleep which he never used to need.

Nights are constantly broken because we are up 2-3 times to rock him back to sleep. Please give me your tips on how to survive this and how to get out of this!! Constantly feel like I’m failing and doing something wrong
