Is it okay to use bonjela and nurofen together?

My 9mo has been up all night crying her top teeth are about to come through, I’ve tried bonjela alone but she screams when we touch her gums and pulls her head away ect, she’s very clingy, cried more than usual, won’t settle in her cot unless I’m rocking her, pushing her tongue up against her gums a lot 😞 feel sorry for her
