Our little dude loves boiled eggs for his breakfast eggs. We'll slice the up, of course, but he digs 'em.
But for real, he gets what we are having... appropriate for him. Like if I'm making eggs and such for breakfast, we like them over medium he likes them boiled.

We just serve whatever we are eating so never really run out of ideas

We batch cook n freeze little portions a lot for dinner n then i just get something out the night before to defrost. Saves a lot of brain power n time. Normally I'll give her what we have just a day behind as she eats before we do. Just have to make sure I cut stuff appropriately for her, minimal salt/sugar etc.
Breakfast is either cereal or toast with something spread on top plus fruit

Different variations of home made breakfast muffins are big hits here, their favourite is either the banana muffin or Ella's kitchen brilliant breakfast cake (cant find a link but its on their Instagram page). Also, cheesy chive pasta is an easy go to. Shepherds pie, filled pasta parcels, chilly, beef and Mediterranean veg are some other meals that dont produce much leftovers 😁
