I had my oldest daughter in Jan of 2019, about 4-5 months after I started to experience hair loss. I read about it and asked my doctor all of it said it was normal, that it should grow back by the time she has her first birthday.
growing up I always had thick, long, curly hair ever since I was a little girl. But after my hair “grew back” from the pp hair loss, it never really grew back. I lost all my baby hairs around my face, as well as hair on the very top and front of my head and on the sides.
Ever since then, it’s been very thin, where I can’t even do certain styles anymore or wet my hair too much to slick it back because you can see my scalp bright as day.
I’m just wondering if anyone else experienced this? If you did, how did you help if? I feel like every time I try to talk someone about it and tell them how my hair hasn’t been the same since then, they tell me it can’t be from that. That it has to be something else.
I’m going through postpartum hair loss again right now after having my second girlie in March, I just want to know if there’s anything I can do to help my hair grow in better this time?
I need help. 😭😭

Worth getting your thyroid and iron levels checked. I will say the baby blues postpartum hair vitamins massively helped mine . It's actually thickened up better than pre pregnancy so maybe I was deficient.

thank you so much for this! I’m definitely gonna have to get them and talk to my do about my iron and thyroid! 🩷
