Spam fried rice for dinner buuut.....

I like to make spam, fried rice, eggs and ginger.

I want to try spam… but never had it what does it taste like … idk why I’ve been craving it

it mostly tastes like salt, haha. I got the low sodium and that's still the main flavor. Its supposed to taste kind of like ham tho. It's really good if you have something sweet to balance it. I used to fry it with brown sugar on both sides and eat it on toasted white bread with iceberg lettuce and miracle whip.....

I will have to try that way sounds good… grocery store here I come
