I've been able to stay on schedule this week with a lil have & today I made breakfast, worked out & showered all before babies first nap. I feel great today!!! Now I'm nap trapped. ππͺπ½π«Άπ½π§π½ββοΈ

Iβm 6 months pregnant and am staying very active. Lots of gardening, Pilates, dog walks everyday, active at work this week. Feeling good and fit !

My toddler woke up at 7am, had a bottle of milk and went back to sleep until 9am so I had some alone time this morning to drink my coffee! π

Slept terribly last night - combination of heartburn, a toddler in the bed and general uncomfortableness as a result of being 35 weeks pregnant! Still got in 20 minutes cardio kickboxing and then my 21 month old had a two nap that I joined him in! π΄πͺ

I've been working out consistently all year, but this week I just needed a break so I'm taking the week off and I feel so good. I'm repainting and decorating my bedroom, working on that instead of my workout every night and I feel very accomplished π₯° Tonight is yoga in the park with my daughter and I'm very excited!
