When did everyone return to the gym post c section whether that be cardio or weights?

I started mummy and baby yoga at 6 weeks to reengage my core. Started jogging again at week 8 and by 16 weeks I was running at my prebaby speed.

6 weeks for me when the Dr gave me the all clear. Started off slow just mat routine with tiny weights then built back up to machines and free weights as I felt stronger. My pregnancy coincided with covid and gym closures so I hadn't been to the gym for the majority of those 9 months and I think that probably meant building back up was a bit longer than it should have been.

5 weeks treadmill walks upper body weights ( no stretching)
6 weeks cross trainer
8 weeks jogging/walking intervals appears to be ok
