Hey lovelies. I was just wondering if anyone could please recommend some meals (lunches and dinners) and snacks in-between for a two year old? He doesnāt like bread, iffy with textures so sensory friendly please and thank youš¤

Following I struggle with this with my 2 year old.. Iāve found though that she loves salami and cheese.

Really struggling too! Eats porridge, pasta, spaghetti and soups but have no idea what to do for lunch and snacks anymore

Banana oat bars with fruit , banana and peanut butter cookies if okay with peanuts , is he okay with pitta bread and wraps instead of bread?

Spaghetti bolognese you can blend veggies into the tomato sauce and add that to the meat. I believe itās what you encourage from a young age is what shapes what they eat later on

Sandwiches
Sausage rolls
Rice cakes
Bread sticks and dip
Fruit salads
Pizza wraps
Pancakes /crumpets
Yogurts
Fish cakes
Veggie dippers

thank you! He likes wraps but not pitta :)

Thank you everyone!

Creamy hummous and cucumber, wraps with cream cheese, pre made bars with oats, apple slices with skin cut off, berries, cubes of cheese, my boy loves olives, this may be quite niche but worth a try to get those good fats in!!

Mines funny about certain textures too.
For snacks he likes some of the toddler snack packs:
Organix bbq gruffalo claws
Kiddylicious crispy tiddlers
Organix gingerbread man
Organix cheese crackers
Kiddylicious coconut rolls
For non packet snacks:
Pepper sticks either as is or dipped in hummus
Cucumber sticks
Blueberries halved
Grapes halved
Strawberries
Fruit salad I've thrown together of above fruit with raspberries and blackberries.
Dinner he tends to eat what we're having:
Spag bol with meatballs
Jamie Olivers Mountain meatball recipe (yes really, he isn't bothered by spice)
Muffin pizza (you can put what you want on top even if it's just cheese)
Sausage and mash
Roast dinner
Spag cabonara
Any Italian dish really š
Hope that helps š š

Oh Ella kitchens website has some good recipes - I've used the fruit pancake one with blended fruit a few times (whatever frozen fruit I got knocking about) š
And I've done the baked bean pancakes a few times, always goes down well for either breakfast, lunch or dinner š
I use reduced salt sugar baked beans.
