I feel the same way and right now I'm only focusing on what I can do. Try going for a walk or hitting the gym if you can to burn off some steam. Not sure if you're religious personally I'm not but Sarah Jakes Roberts always gives some thought-provoking messages and a change in perspective. Popping your headphones listen to some music that makes you happy dance some of the stress off cry some of it off if you have to. No needing avoiding your emotions if you need to cry let it out journal.
