Putting baby to sleep

I do bedtime routine with a dim light on but I leave it on all night. My LO is in his own room, the light helps me when I go in to do night feeds. Doesn't seem to bother him

I have a red light on all night

We leave a bit of light so we can see what we are doing otherwise the room is pitch black which is how we leave it when we leave the room.

We have a red light on with white noise on the TV and when my partner comes to bed he swaps it to a black screen with white noise. But we also have a star projector on all night too x

I leave a lamp on in our room for our little boy, that way I can see where I'm going when I go to bed. I turn it off when I go to bed and will have the TV on until I fall asleep x
