When giving sandwiches what are the best fillings for them? My LO is 10 months but I’m very anxious about choking although he is a very good eater

I’ve just been doing cheese, was thinking maybe chicken slices I cut my sandwiches into finger ones

I do boiled mashed peas/broccoli with cream cheese, mashed up boiled egg, mashed up boiled chicken with yoghurt and potatoes basically just ensuring the filling is all mashed up 😂😂

We’ve been doing ham, grated cheese, cream cheese, peanut butter, chicken slices, cheese slices, egg mashed up with a bit of butter to bind it together, mashed banana.
I cut my LG sandwiches with cookie cutters so they are a good size but fun shapes for her 😊 x

My LG loves tuna, I put a tiny bit of mayo in it. I also toast the bread lightly first

I generally just do Philadelphia with mashed avocado. I flatten the bread slightly before I make it and then cut it up into little bite size squares and she seems to chew it up really easy

My daughter isn’t a massive fan of sandwiches but when she does have them we usually do. Either cheese. Or soft cheese and grated cucumber

Cheese, ham, cheese spread, peanut butter, whatever I can find really!

Thank you for all the suggestions. I haven’t tried him with peanut butter yet as I’m so nervous for a reaction. What’s the best way to let him try it?

I did a thin layer on toast

I put a tiny bit on a sweet waffle

It’s important to introduce allergens early because it lessens the chance they’ll develop an allergy. Then keep offering them once known they’re tolerated. I know it’s scary though 🙏🏼 if you have a family history of allergies, particularly nut allergies, chat to your doctor first.

Mama needs new friends ✨

Hey mamas 🤍 I'm going to be honest — I'm at a season in my life where I'm craving real, genuine friendship. The kind where we actually check on each other. Where conversations go both ways. Where we can laugh, vent, cry, and just *be* without it feeling one-sided.

I'm a stay at home mom of 6 (yes, 6! 👏🏼) and my days are full but my cup feels a little empty in the friendship department. I'm looking for women who get it — the chaos, the beauty, the exhaustion, all of it.

If you're a mom who values deep, reciprocal friendship and you're also out here looking for your people — drop a 👋 below. Let's actually get to know each other. 🤍

Really embarrassing!
I'm a first time mummy at 35, she's 16 month and everytime I sneeze or cough I lose control of my bladder and pee a little 😔, I've had countless utis since having her aswell! Will it get better? Or do I need to invest in panty liners? 😆

Leaving your baby

Has anyone else not left their baby to be looked after by someone else (not dad) yet? I still don't feel ready but am being told I should be by now

Random but when you use a vibrator do you need to hold your lips open for it to touch the bean ?

It gets annoying because even if I open my legs I still need to hold the lips open to touch the bean and I have to do it the entire time my lips are literally sealed closed 🤣
