So I'm 7 going on 8 months pregnant with my second daughter. You would think I would be getting ready to have a baby shower in October right? You would think I would have a nursery all set up and everything ready to go for when baby gets here right? You would think that my first daughter who turned 2 in August would be excited but pre sibling envious but still feeling baby sister kicking in Mommy's tummy and telling people that she's going to be a big sister soon.... right?
Wrong!
Beginning of the summer my baby daddy and his mom kicked me out kept my daughter, and have been basically alienating me from my daughter. Yes we are in the whole custody process already, we go to mediation in October, and yes baby daddy does know I'm pregnant again (also yes it's his). But I maybe get to see my daughter for an hour every 2-3 weeks when his mom goes to the casino on a Saturday night or goes out of town to Branson with the other grandkids... there's a lot of more details to my situation but boils down to, I'm about to have our 2nd daughter and he just doesn't care and thinks his mom should raise our first daughter while he is gone all the time doing whatever.... no I wouldn't consider myself a shitty mom I always put my daughter first and was the only person she had for the first year and a half before we moved to his parents farm with his dad and then his mom moved back too.... his mom has total nesting issues and basically raised his sister's daughter and has a Shakey relationship with her other son's wife because she wouldn't let his mom raise her kids.... my baby daddy is a total narcissist and an ungrateful spoiled baby of the family and had his first kid taken by baby momma... so I'm convinced his mom and him are trying to redeem themselves from loosing his son by taking my daughter. Currently I'm living in a nice little camper on my parent's property, waking up alone is horrible and I miss being a mom to my daughter... I just hate how this should be a happy time being pregnant but under the circumstances.... I feel more alone more stupid more used and abandoned than I ever have in my life... this is not what I wanted at all...

That feels wrong in so many ways.. but I dont know his reasons for kicking you out either so hard to say. Is what he did even legal??? Did you do something that makes it legal? Have you called cps on him for essentially kidnapping your child?

Kicked me out because I wasn't a clean freak like his mom and sister. And I wasn't like a total slob all over the house, granted our room wasn't clean usually but keep in mind 2 adults and a 1 year old in a small bedroom with a small closet and one dresser.... and he wouldn't offer to help untill he got done bitching me out about it after not being around all day and sometimes all day and night. I'm not the best at living with other people that aren't immediate relations to me (like his parents and sister and her daughter) people that aren't my boyfriend or my daughter, I get anxiety about doing things wrong like folding towels or putting the wrong things in the dishwasher or overloading the wash machine, so I would try to do laundry when nobody was home (which was very rare) but his mom was so overbearing and just started menopause... so my anxiety was through the roof further than her picky aggravated lady change issues. And she got mad because my daughter was sick and puking and I wouldn't shove her head

In a trash can because she would have panic attacks just about puking in general. So I laid out blankets on the floor and just kind of let her do her thing. In the next morning I bagged up all those blankets and took them to the laundromat and wash them. Whenever I walked out to leave to go to the laundromat his mom was in the kitchen talking s*** about how we weren't supposedly going to let my daughter just puke everywhere like her other daughter-in-law does with her kids. I just calmly left the house with the blankets took them to the laundromat wash them and when I came back he let me bring the blankets back but told me that I wasn't allowed to stay and that he was keeping my daughter

The county that they live in is really small and really small town and they know everybody and everybody knows them. So yes I did call the police and the police just told me that since my daughter was safe with his mom that I would have to go get a lawyer and file for custody which I did
