Its a long story but I just want to get it out...
When I became pregnant, my baby's dad who I had known for 9 years threatened me to get an abortion and I decided that I will continue with the pregnancy... He told me that he will never be involved which is of course his choice
My son is my world, he is 17-18 months now. His father has never met him.
During my pregnancy especially the end of my pregnancy, I just remember constantly fighting with my mother and sister, they were so disappointed in me. The police and Social Services where also involved during the end of my pregnancy and after my son was born.
I remember how hard it was. I gave birth by Emergency C Section. My mom instantly fell in love with my son. She was so obsessed about him.
I remember the horrible things she said during my pregnancy and calling me a wh0re and all that only because I annoyed her. But now I just feel like crying. She really helped me when my child was born. I stayed at my family's house for the first 8 months. Now I happily live at mine with my child
If anything, the father of my child has never met his child and completely abandoned me. I went through all this trauma alone. It was the most difficult thing I have ever been through in my life
The more I think about it, it just makes me upset
I became a mom at the age of 28 and it definitely was the hardest thing I have ever done...
Ever since moving into my flat, I have been more happier. But I still think about traumatic everything was

In the same boat as you ♥️ waiting on my happy ending. My bd also abandoned us, even though I’ve known him for almost 10 years. My moms always been emotionally negligent but she’s letting me stay with her until I find a place. Im glad your mom was able to find joy in being a grandparent, and assist you until you were able to be on your own. It’s hard letting go of that negativity, it’s trauma that can’t be explained. But you’ve made it thru the worst!! Don’t forget that when you’re remembering the rough patches!

Sorry this happened but to me you sound like an amazing mum for choosing your child again and again after so many hurdles, it would have probably been easier to give up but you kept going for your little boy! when he is older he will be so proud to call you his mum! Change the narative and start thinking about how incredible you done when the people you love most let you down!
Thank you guys for the support
