How to Coupon?

CVS and Target are the easiest places to coupon in my opinion. Some people say dollar general is easy too but I've never personally done it.

What are you having a hard time getting the hang of?

@Sydney might be a dumb question, but where do you get the coupons from? Do you get them on the apps? How can you double stack coupons?

Nope. Not a dumb question. A lot of retailers have moved to doing digital coupons through their app. Or you can get coupons in the Sunday paper. I find using the app ones easier.

Some stores don't allow double stacking coupons. CVS will allow you to use a manufacturer coupon and a store coupon together for items. Say you have a manufacturer coupon for $2 off a toothpaste and a CVS coupon for $3 off $10 toothpaste. As long as you spend the required amount for the CVS coupon, you should be able to use both coupons.

Another way people double stack so to speak is to use rebate apps where you scan your receipt and get money back, like Ibotta. For example, last week, Ibotta has a $3.50 cash back on a certain pack of wipes. Target app had a $3 coupon off the same wipes and it was part of their spend $100 get a $20 giftcard on specific baby items. So you get the $100 worth of specific baby products, use the coupons from the Target app and get the $20 giftcard. Then you upload your receipt to Ibotta...

... and get the $3.50 back for the wipes you bought.

Does all that make sense?
