Y’all, this pelvic floor pain…..

Anyone have any suggestions to help with pelvic floor pain? I’ve KT taped my belly for some support and that helps sometimes. But I still get these pains in and around my pelvic floor to the point where it feels like my organs are going to fall out of me. Its uncomfortable to walk or sometimes hurts to walk. And it’s only getting more intense as baby gets bigger. Suggestions?

The only thing has been working for me is a heating pad.

A belly band and an epsom salt bath are the only things that have helped me :/ Just be extra careful getting out of the tub!

Warm water, laying down and sitting on the yoga ball is all that is helping me. I absolutely hate feeling like crap and I completely don’t feel like doing anything. It’s part of growing a baby and we just have to be gentle and kind to ourselves. Rest and don’t be one bit sorry for needing space and rest. ❤️

Chiro visits, Birth ball and taking it easy have been my only help.

Also make sure to stretch ( I think you can google some helpful ones) sometimes pain occurs from muscle a in lower back and pelvis tightening up

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

Invited to a chuckie cheese party but I don't have money and don't want to tell my daughter that's why we can't go. Does anyone know how their parties work?

I'm not sure how chuckie cheese parties are. If they give you money to play or not if you're in the party. And then I'm wondering if it's an actual birthday party or if they're just going to chuckie cheese. Some guy in my building told me a couple weeks ago that his son's birthday is today and he's thinking of doing chuckie cheese. They sent an invite but I feel so insecure not being able to afford anything. Like if they don't have food for example. Idk what to do.

Reduced Movements

Has anyone else gone in for monitoring for reduced movements and as soon as you arrive at triage the baby starts moving and the CTG is normal? It makes me feel like I am over reacting.

Newborn stage

Is anyone tired of doing the same thing everyday and being on a 2-3 hour schedule? It’s the same everyday and I feel like I’m losing my mind. It’s making me depressed even if I get out once a day. When does it get better? I feel like I’m just waiting for the next stage where it’s not just sitting around all day.
