Baby vitamins

What vitamins do you give your little one? Just found out because my little one has less than 500ml formula i need to give vitamins - feel terrible because I didn’t know!! What vitamins should I buy? NHS says A, C and D but is there a combined one? Do I have to buy 3 different ones? Do they come as a liquid? Help a mama out 🙏🏻

Really embarrassing!
I'm a first time mummy at 35, she's 16 month and everytime I sneeze or cough I lose control of my bladder and pee a little 😔, I've had countless utis since having her aswell! Will it get better? Or do I need to invest in panty liners? 😆

Random but when you use a vibrator do you need to hold your lips open for it to touch the bean ?

It gets annoying because even if I open my legs I still need to hold the lips open to touch the bean and I have to do it the entire time my lips are literally sealed closed 🤣
