It could be early labour if just mild. Contractions should get more and more intense as labour goes on!

Okay so best if I wait and just see if they get intense for now? :)

It's hard to say because everyone is so different. I just remember with my first when things really got going I couldn't talk during a contraction. Keep timing them and I suppose the rule is 3 "surges" in 10mins lasting at least 45 seconds which it looks like you are. Maybe call triage for reassurance?

You can have this on and off for few days. It can also stop altogether for a while or progress to more regular and stronger ones. Once you experience 3 in 10mins lasting min 45sec and you find it difficult to breathe through them, call the hospital. They will be able to assess whether you're ready to come in over the phone (that's usually when you're not able to talk to them because of the intensity of surges ;))

I will then wait and see how it goes. I just called triage and she told me to wait and see and it goes and give them a call again if I am unable to speak or I Break my waters or loose my mucus plug (with a bit of blood in it)

Little updates!
I have been to triage as I started to feel nauseous and more paon in my belly. Apparently I might be in early labour but she said it can take hours or days for me to be in proper labour. She didn't wanted to do a cervix examination to avoid any risks of infection.

So now... I'll wait. I have contractions every 10 mins but need more than that per 10 mins and pain to the point I cannot talk to be in ''proper'' labour! :)
