Looking at options to have a bit of support to my ever growing bump - does anyone use pregnancy tape or a belt? Any pros/cons or recommendations please 😊

I bought a belt and use it when at the gym or on longer walks as I’ve had terrible pelvic and hip pain, I do think it helps a little bit

Iv a pelvic belt, seems useless to me... also have a bump belt, might work now that I'm a bit bigger, haven't used it in a while to be honest... and I also got tubbie grip from physio the other day and it seems to be good...
