2.5 year old nap schedule?

So we’re still having a night wake up (he wakes up crying so not sure if it’s night terrors)

Should he still be napping at this age? If he naps at nursery he has about 15 mins but at home he can have anything up to 1.5 hours

We dropped the nap about just after 2 ish! She’s now 3.5 and has the occasional nap on a Friday when the week catches up with her but If she slept everyday she’s be up in the night too or fight bed time! I always found she was fighting bed when she didn’t need it anymore

They’re all so different but we haven’t had naps since he hit 2. Still occasionally wakes at night but rarely has a nap these days. If he does it’s 30 minutes maximum and it’s because he happens to fall asleep in the car after lunch but it’s a rarity

My little girl still naps about 1.5 to 2 hours everyday and when she doesn’t she gets so cranky so I always make sure she does. So I think it just depends on the child.

Agreed it definitely depends on the kid l, my lg dropped her day naps shortly after she turned 12 months old and even in nursery she doesn’t really nap, if she does it really effects her bedtime, however on the days she’s extra cranky or moody i try let her nap

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

Am I wrong?

I’ve been wanting to add more garden beds to my garden. Husband says “hey do you want to go to Home Depot to get that wood for the garden beds.” Cool I’m excited I’ve been wanting to get this done for awhile.

We get there and we’re picking out wood and I make 2 comments about how I don’t like how 2 pieces of wood look that he picked out. And he says if you’re going to be this picky then u can do this yourself.

I literally made 2 comments and mind you I’m the one paying for the wood.

I felt dismissed and like my opinion didn’t matter and if I wanted to have an opinion then I need to do it myself. Like what?

It was rude and not okay. Am I wrong? Am I overreacting?

He thinks it was fine that he said that.

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
