Lately I feel more like a bill then someone who contributes, I’m home all day with my one year old and I wanna do some form of school but I’m struggling to understand how to get started. I’d also be okay with working but I don’t feel comfortable with daycare so that leaves online jobs but idk how to get started on that also and when I try everything online feels like a scam or they need someone has more understanding and I don’t have that either. At this point I’m just stuck confused and wanting to help but not knowing how.

Also… there is a cooking space just for women at Grossmont center. You take your child with you and get a desk to focus on your work or school. Do you know what you want to do?

Sorry… it’s a nonprofit called The Well.

If you want to work, brush up on resume and post it on indeed! Having a linked In account also helps! If you have experience with your child, you can work at the YMCA, SAY SD, many places that might offer you a discount with childcare within the company (:
Networking is your best friend so reach out to people you know that might have job opportunities for you to consider! (: their company might be hiring. Looking for work isn’t hard. I see signs everywhere - “we’re hiring”
Linked in also has free classes you can take so maybe that will be a start for getting into the feel of going back to school. Take a class at any community college! Their websites have courses and catalogs you can look up on!
