And for him to stay sleep. It’s so frustrating and exhausting

My baby is doing the same thing from teething. I haven’t found the thing that will make her go to sleep besides dream feeding or laying on me. But the only thing that has helped me mentally is that one day they’ll never lay on you again or seek your comfort or need you as much as they do now everything is so temporary and moves so fast that everything we’re going through won’t last forever and one day you’ll forget all about it so I just try to enjoy the time we have now even if it is hard for me it’s probably harder for them

If you have anyone in your life you could also ask them to watch baby for a few hrs even in your home while you nap or even just take time for yourself and do absolutely nothing
I looked it up and they said babies should self soothe themselves sometimes to gts and I been tryna do that. It’s so hard
I wish girl

My baby would do the same thing and i thought it was because we both had Covid but as soon as she was symptom free i decided to sleep train her.. Best decision I’ve made! I love her but she was so dependent on me she wouldn’t soothe herself. Now if she can put her paci in her mouth herself she will and go back to sleep

It is sooo hard i hope he starts sleeping better for you! I’ll share if I find anything that works for us
you think he’s sick?
PLEASE DO

No not at all i just think he might need to learn how to self soothe like my daughter did.. she would scream when i would try to rock her to sleep and while i was sick it was hard to do so once i was better i made sure to sleep train her so if i get sick again she will know how to sleep on her own and i could get a break

Sometimes if you change up the way you put them to sleep from the original way it can help. I know my baby is a cuddler and used to like the rocking chair but now I have to pat his butt and slightly rock him to sleep. The sound of running water also soothes him he calms down to the sound of the running water in my bath or the shower running.
