A child in a home with food wont starve I believe. It may not be all fruits and veggies but something is something. My son went a week refusing actual food and only wanted pouches you just have to keep trying but make sure they get something.

Sometimes as a mom I feel like omg is my son eating well enough bc I’d admit that I come home tired not wanting to cook or anything but I have to bc I have to first make sure my son is eating well. I don’t want to rely on frozen foods mostly. Mom guilt thing

I also feel the mom guilt sometimes when I give in on the fruit snacks or other less nutritious stuff. Honestly, I don't know how daycare manages to get her to eat her meals there, I need their secret!

I was told that this is a stage in my twin toddlers, and to just keep feeding them what they like for now, but some days they won’t even eat what they liked yesterday.
