Has anyone else's little one not Interested in moving around

My little boy is exactly the same, happy sat up playing and bouncing/standing in our arms or his walker but no attempt to crawl whatsoever yet. Keep trying to tell myself he will just do it when he’s ready x

My little girl has no interest in crawling, but loves to roll (and roll and roll) around 😂 she also doesn't seem bothered about coming to me or trying to climb up/stand either. To be honest, I'm not super worried as my eldest was exactly the same and she's climbing/jumping off everything now haha

My daughter is a little over 9.5 months (she was a late December baby in the end), and it’s only been in the last week that she’s suddenly turning on the spot when sat and starting to reach a lot further from seated position and therefore moving slightly. It’s also in the last week she’s become a lot more interested in standing, more steady and yesterday pulled herself to standing (this was from sat on my husband’s leg, not all the way from the floor).

You may find that it all suddenly starts happening in the next couple weeks. We were a bit worried as so many babies younger were getting on the move, but she was better at sitting and had better fine motor skills than them. Xx

Thats good to know but I can't help but feel that she should be doing more. She loves to play on the floor with toys and has just started to sleep on her tummy at night (normally hates being on her tummy) so I'm kinda hoping she will start crawling around her cot at night 😂 I also know not every baby crawls and goes straight to walking so maybe she will do the same.

@joanna she was 3 weeks early so maybe I'm just being impatient 😂 she did learn to sit up pretty much over night so hopefully she will do the same with crawling/standing.
