My daughter turns 1 tomorrow and for the past week I been doing half formula and half milk but I ran out of formula and have her on milk now. The only thing is that she can’t have more than 16ozs of milk in a day so how would I split it? She usually has it 4 times a day. She was drinking 9ozs three times a day but I can’t do that with her being on milk now.

She’s on more fruit than solids, I try to give her some food but she can’t chew them and it makes me fear that she’ll choke. What are some solids you recommend?

@Ariel have you been imitating chewing while she eats? It helps them learn how to chew.
Anything soft/tender. A good test is if you can squish it between your fingers. Their gums are incredibly strong.
