I am becoming desperate and fustrated. I have tried the huckleberry app, I have tried reading different techniques. It takes me 3 hours to get my daughter to bed. Multiple attempts. Multiple feeds (EBF)
I am loosing my mind here. I am tired, I don’t want to go to bed at 3 am every night but I don’t know what to do. She has 3 naps a day, sometimes they are 20 minutes sometimes they are 1.5 hrs. She won’t sleep longer than a few hours at night, she’s up 2 -3 times for night feeds but only gets 9-10 hours of night sleep altogether. Tonight I have put her to bed 7 times. Each time she has been asleep and then instantly wakes up or within a few minutes and cries or wants to play. My husband looks at me like I’m the worst mom ever because I can’t even get my daughter to sleep.

I use a pacifier to help my daughter sleep. Usually she wakes up a few times during the night, I give her a few minutes to find her pacifier. If she can't, then I'll help her.
I use brown noise on my phone to help her sleep.
She'll fuss for sometimes up to an hour. I try not to sooth her as much anymore. I let her fuss and turn until she actually starts getting frustrated, and then I know she's tired and wants to sleep. Then I feed her a bottle until she doesn't want it and then give her, her soother and then she's good from there.
Night times and even morning, afternoon and evening times are tough. You're doing your best. At least you're trying ❤️

Have you tried getting your husband to put the baby to bed? Babies always want mom so having him do it might help. Have you tried switching to bottles at night to see if they are even hungry or just using it for comfort? Pacifiers have been a huge help with my kids.
You can hire a sleep consultant that will work with you and your baby specifically. I know friends who have and say it changed their lives. It's expensive but might be worth it at this point.
You got this!!

I used rested mama happy baby sleep training! They say you can have babies sleep through the night within the first 3 days! Mine started sleeping through the night on night 2 and regressions aren’t bad, wake ups maybe 2-3X. It’s association fading - so gentle sleep training!
she won’t take bottles anymore unfortunately, she went through a period of not liking pacifiers either but maybe I can try introducing it again. 😩

Hi! Not sure where you are with introducing solids, however a meal late in the evening might keep her fuller for longer and help her fall asleep/stay asleep. You got this!

I try, if she’s not ready I keep it dark just a pink light on, and put her in her crib with toys to play and turn her mobile on. When she cry’s I try again. I just keep repeating until she’s ready. I also limit screen time 2hours before bed. I find that helps.
Mine won’t take a pacifier or bottles either.
