I think my relationship is over 😞

We've been together for nearly 10 years, have a gorgeous LO together, but I just get the feeling we're done. I love him, my god I love him. But we haven't had sex in nearly a year, we argue almost weekly about the same stuff, and no matter how hard we both try, it just isn't enough for us.
Anyone give some advice, some words of encouragement? I'm literally broken. 😭

Have you tried having sex or having date nights? Xx

I've tried making myself feel sexy (new underwear, etc etc), and asked him to come to bed (I always go to bed before him, and he usually ends up falling asleep on the sofa) said night, but nope. He just falls asleep on the sofa.
We have an away date night booked for 3 ISH weeks time, nice hotel etc, but I honestly don't know how I feel about it now. Feeling so down, unwanted, like we're friends rather than lovers

thank you. I have suggested counselling in the past. I got knocked down though, and told maybe I should just go back myself (I saw a counsellor 15 ago for depression and relationship abuse towards me).
It has been a while since I've suggested it though, maybe I should try suggesting it again.

I’d sit him down and have a serious, open and honest conversation about where ur both at in terms of the relationship. Tell him exactly how ur feeling. If ur making the effort to initiate things in the bedroom and he’s still falling asleep on the sofa, either there’s something going on that ur not aware of (maybe stress, depression, erectile dysfunction, etc) or he’s checked out of the relationship, in which case u need to know.
If he’s shot u down before when you’ve suggested counselling, it sounds like u really need to lay it on the line to him.
Relationships take effort and it has to come from both of u. I hope he opens up to u, whatever the outcome because living in limbo is worse than knowing the worst (if that makes sense) as it’s driving down ur confidence and self esteem.

Sending you light. Is he in a good place or dealing with a lot of stress? Do you think there is someone else? Have you been disrespecting him?
Take a step back and look inward before concluding love. I hope you make it to the trip it will be good for you both to reconnect and have deep convo or not.

I’m sorry I know it’s tough when things are hard I like to try and make time for us as a couple, solo and as a family I try to do one of each every month because it’s important to have balance especially after having a baby but we’re important as individuals and as a couple see if he’s open to that?

I went on holiday a few weeks ago with my partner and our son, our first holiday as a family and our first holiday together in 11 years of being with each other. ( we use to live in Spain, so never had a proper holiday )
Our relationship was almost over, because some twat sent him a photograph that was posted of me by the photographer, that was taken 2.5 hours ago ( this photograph was taken when I use to model ) cut a long story short, I had promised not to model again 2.5 years ago as he wasn’t comfortable with it.

He literally was making out that I was having some sort of affair with the photographer which obviously wasn’t the case, he also had thought I had started doing it again behind his back.

Now I’m a full time mother and studying full time to become a primary teacher! Where on earth would I even find time 🙄😂

We ended up having a serious conversation on holiday and sorted it out as the atmosphere was just horrendous.

My advice would be communication is key to saving any relationship. 10+ years is hard. You lose track of each other, you get caught up in daily life.

Make time for each other, do date nights, do things neither of you have done before. Find each other again! 🥰

I hope it works it self out lovely
My message box is always open xxxx

Love my husband. Love my kids. But…

I’m 32 weeks pregnant with twins. I take care of my 4 yo, 2 yo, and 1 yo. I barely have energy to stand anymore. I cuddle and watch movies with my kids all day at this point. My husband is less pushy in this pregnancy in wanting to be touched or love up on me. But I feel more like a tool these days more than ever. He gets frustrated (not to a crazy degree) but I can tell he huffs because he’s probably sexually frustrated from me not wanting to be touched on. (my boobs are super sensitive atm) I love having the babies part, but the pregnancy also now has me feeling like a baby making machine. And a tool with big boobs made for touches and my husbands pleasure. Ofc I love my husband and kids, but with my hormones all wack, it really doesn’t feel the same when you’re not turned on. It’s so hard for me to get turned on. I’m uncomfortable all the time in my own body. Babies moving in there all the time. My children cuddle me all day but get rowdy at the end of the day, so I end up getting touched out and I can get irritable when my husband tries to touch me affectionately. He doesn’t have the tact necessary for me right now, when I wish he wanted to go in for a normal comforting hug I’m let down more often than not, there is almost always a boob groping involved as well. I tried to just let him touch me last night so he could get it out of his system, but he could tell I felt tense. Wish my boobs weren’t such an uncomfortable place for me to be touched. Idk why I’m making this post. Probably just to vent. Wish men were equally as emotionally intelligent as women. Wish I didn’t feel like I still owe him something because he’s picking up a lot of the house load and yet I still need to ask him to do more before these twins arrive. He’s tired every day when he comes home, so he takes a shower sometimes works out, and helps get the kids to bed. So it’s a struggle getting him to help any further than that. Weekends are my only time to get to him. But it’s a struggle to find time on weekends too. I know if he wanted to he would. But there’s just no drive.

Maternity leave Employment rights?

I have 6 weeks left of work and they have completely changed my job spec including my job title and all my responsibilities, they have done this ahead of advertising my maternity cover apparently to fit business needs which I am fine with but i explained as long as it doesn’t effect me before I go. They have now turned round and said they want me to do the training for it before I go and want me to sign a variation in contract asap. Are they allowed to do this? I thought you had the right to come back to the same job within 26 weeks and I haven’t even left yet and they’re changing it? I was going to see what the job was when I got back and go from there but now they’re wanting me to sign this change in contract before I go I don’t know what to do, do I have to sign it ?

What are we giving our soon-to-be 3yo for their birthdays?

We have the magnetiles, we have the kinetic sand and play doh, we have the play kitchen…

Literally, is there anything left in the world to buy this spoilt kid? 😅
