Today has been so rough. Scents are sending me into the worst waves of nausea. Was riding in my sisters car today and her air freshener had me so nauseous I about launched myself into on coming traffic when I went to throw up so that I didn't throw up in her car! Apparently my mom had the same issue when she was pregnant with me. Came home to my dad cooking ribs and that made it worse! Anyone else dealing with this?

Relate! That’s me with candles. Prior to my pregnancy, I LOVED the pecan/ pumpkin/vanilla bean candle scent at bath and bodies. Now if I even get close to the smell, I literally want to gag and the waves of nausea come rolling in. It kinda makes me sad bc I’ve always enjoy that smell no matter what season. Hopefully once this is over I can go back to my normal self again and be able to smell those candles 😭

that's exactly the scent in her car (which is also the candle burning at the house lol) that made me lose it 🤣 I love pine candles in the winter so I hope that scent doesn't bother me!

Yup food smells are the worst. A fried made me soup and it took me 30 mins to warm up to the smell enough to even try it. It didn’t go well. But I’m okay with artificial smells

I opened the garbage this morning to throw something away and I’ve never heaved so fast 😅 same with dishes occasionally and I cleaned out the fridge…. It so bad!

I couldn’t be around my fiancé when he got home. The smell of him walking in the house made me want to throw up. Never bothered me before. It did get a little better but I still make him shower right away because when he doesn’t I start to smell it shortly after
