Gyna app - scam or real?

Hi there. I got targeted on Instagram by Gyna - a fertility company that has an app. They have a quiz and claim to help you get pregnant. Reviews son trustpilot are mixed and say it’s a scam. Wondering if anyone here has tried it and what your experience was.

Also after I took their quiz, this is what it said. Even though it’s a data error, I thought it was super funny.
