I’m just starting to introduce combi feeding my baby so I can slowly wean off breast ( I’ve not decided I want to stop bf I just feel it would be easier and I would have more freedom and baby will settle for others if I start bottle feeding Aswell. However today I let my MIL feed baby a bottle and I generally hate every second of it but I think that’s because I know now she will constantly want to have the baby as she knows she will be able to feed her 😭 am I awful? I really just don’t want her having my baby all the time

No you're not awful especially if you've been exclusively bf up until this point, I imagine it'll be an adjustment to start sharing feeds with others. Bf didn't work out for us for a number of reasons so I pump milk and give formula, I also felt weird the first time my mil fed baby but now I'm grateful for the flexibility in honesty as it means I can get other stuff done when she visits! If you don't want her to feed baby all the time then insist you're the one feeding baby. If I want to feed baby and mil is around I'll just say "I'll give her this feed but thanks for offering" and that works well enough for us. Good luck!
