Was getting a weird pressure in the side of my calf when I walked for a few days. It isn't something I could feel when sat or laying down literally only when i out pressure on my leg. It started feeling tingly too this morning and I was really worried cause I'm at increased risk of blood clots. Made a drs appointment to get it checked but between making the appointment and going it had developed to the point where each step was like an electric shock and there was a stinging burning pain that would increase the more I walked. By the time I left my work building to do you the drs I was limping! Again sitting seemed to cause it to go off and Dr measured my leg and found no swelling, heat or redness so said there wasn't anything she could do. Told me to walk on it more and ice it if it's hurting. Since then I've been trying to walk and move on it more but its just constantly painful when I do and I'm limping on it cause the pain won't go off. Now I've found myself waking up all night with bursts of the stabbing shooting pain in my calf and it's stressing me out. Is this something anyone else has had cause it's genuinely hurting and I'm struggling to deal with it now it's becoming so painful! Any tips or advice would be really helpful 😅

Have you been drinking enough water? Could be cramping! Fluids and electrolytes! (Magnesium and potassium) if you like pickles drink pickle juice!

I keep getting cramps back of the calf of a night. I got told to take more magnesium that should help.
I've been drinking about 2.5L a day so I've certainly been trying to drink enough! Definitely might give the magnesium and potassium a go though to see if it makes any difference though! Thanks both!!
