We were happy with Uclh

Whittington hospital for ante natal, birth and post natal. For me they've been great , really happy with them 👍🏻👍🏻

St Mary’s Hospital ( outstanding in maternity care) or UCLH are top 5 best hospitals xx

North mid is my nearest and have heard so many good and bad things about it. I guess the same with any of them. However I opted for uclh, as was closer to work and I was born there myself. Had both children there, and would recommend.

St Mary’s birth centre is supposed to be the best one. I’ve been there and loved the look of it

Got pregnant when we lived in SW and was with Chelsea westminster and then moved to NW to a bigger place but kept at same hospital- very happy with the care there

Just gave birth at the Whittington - only good things to say about the midwife team and facilities. Only issue was that the birth centre was suspended due to understaffing when I turned up in active labour so I didn’t get to have a water birth - something to consider if that’s your birth preference.

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

Reduced Movements

Has anyone else gone in for monitoring for reduced movements and as soon as you arrive at triage the baby starts moving and the CTG is normal? It makes me feel like I am over reacting.

2nd pregnancy after c section

I’m not planning on getting pregnant anytime soon but in the future possibly. I just wanted to know how is pregnancy after c section like my fear is having to go through another emergency operation or even putting strain on my incision during pregnancy

Newborn stage

Is anyone tired of doing the same thing everyday and being on a 2-3 hour schedule? It’s the same everyday and I feel like I’m losing my mind. It’s making me depressed even if I get out once a day. When does it get better? I feel like I’m just waiting for the next stage where it’s not just sitting around all day.
