Horrible nightmares

Yes and I instantly pray and follow up with positive quotes or turning on a tv show or movie to ease my mind !!!

I haven’t had any dreams but at night u kno unconscious thoughts when u tryna sleep but like I immediately start praying protection & healing over both of us. I think that naturally we fear the unknown hope for the best anticipate the worse we hardwired like this just stay prayed up & keep as many happy positive thoughts going as you can & maybe listen to something at night on YouTube like positive affirmations it could probably help

Yes having really vivid dreams with lots crazy random action. Last night I was in a boat with pirates and one was choking me. I’m also having a lot of dreams with mom who has passed.

Whewww I almost wrote this on here this am too I didn’t think they would start so early I’m only 6/7 weeks. But I woke up next to my partner and was asking him questions he was like don’t worry and held me I ended up crying a little minutes later & he noticed & asked me to talk about it don’t need to go thru it alone. Honestly he was right so we talked and then I took some time to myself and my emotions & thoughts. It even happened during a nap this is out of hand already. Good to see I’m not the only one. I appreciate this thread 🫶🏽

yes starting to listen to the pregnancy prayer and it helps ease my mind I think that’ll do .

I was wondering if other people were experiencing it to this degree and I’m glad I’m not alone. It’s just our worst fears coming to mind . Well my nightmares are always about my worse fears. But we have to remember it’s just a dream (THANK GOD) and fill our minds with positivity.

A dream about pirates is so odd , but so are my dreams lmfaoo . Maybe your mom is visiting you in spirit .

I agree unhealed things so we can open up to see what’s needed and I love that I have a space to be and emotionally confused & comforted. If it happens again ima say the serenity prayer, write down the dream & say some affirmations as well.
