Is anyone really struggling at bedtime? I have no idea what to do, I don’t want to sleep train but he’s been crying and won’t settle since 7.30 😩

I struggle!!! And I also don’t want to/don’t believe in sleep training.
Side note: I also feel horrible. She had 3 rough nights in a row and I thought sleep regression? Teething? Got home from work and she had a high fever! She was getting in a routine for a couple of weeks and idk if she’ll go back to that when she is feeling better.
Having little ones that can’t tell us what’s wrong is hard!

Ughh we’ve had nights like that. They are so rough. If falling asleep takes longer than a half hour. We go do something different. Sometimes just leaving the bedroom and coming back a little while rather when she shows more sleep signals rather than forcing a bedtime at the same time every night makes all the difference for our baby. So many changes… teething, nap transitions, separation anxiety, growth spurts - sleep is developmentally and always changing! sorry youre in a tough phase!

My daughter has been extra hungry lately. A couple nights I gave her a couple of oz extra. Sometimes these growths spurts just sneak right up!
